A very good pose, yet I have seen your other similar drawing.
Your drawing style is obvious and I like your way in portraying those characters. Still you need to more techniques. What you are lacking is only the colour usage and the lineart. If you look into detail in your lineart, you will see some part has thin line, some part has thick line, which looks umbalanced. You might need to refer more lineart drawing and practice from them.
About colouring you might add more shadow, or try to find something looks better to replace the reddish lines that represents shy face.

Yes you successfully portrayed the shyness, yet still need more technique. But Good Job anyway.
